The Mid-Seasonal Invitational has thrown up plenty of surprises in the past and so you’re going to need all of the help that you can get.
First, North America’s recently crowned champions, Team Liquid, will go up against the LPL’s Top Esports.
Team Liquid will look to restore some pride to the region in their first MSI appearance since their grand-finals defeat to G2 Esports in 2019. Top Esports made it through to the bracket stage but limped over the line against Fnatic in some ways.
While TL’s Mid and Jung duo has stepped up in playoffs, it will be difficult for them to replicate the game plan from Fnatic which saw Humanoid dominate on LeBlanc, a champion that featured heavily in that series.
Prediction: Total maps under 3.5 | x1.63 at MyStake
Fnatic will be filled with more confidence following their series against Top Esports. It was a return to the Humanoid, LEC viewers have been accustomed to and they will need him if they are to lay a finger on Gen.G.
We expect game one to be bloody, Fnatic will have a point to prove and will not simply roll over. Expect a bloody game as both sides throw punches at each other. It may not be enough to get the win, but it will keep the fans wanting more.

Although PSG will be riding the wave of confidence they would have gotten from stomping North America, they are going up against a different beast altogether. With this being such a one-sided series in the odds of BLG, bettors will have to get creative if they wish to see a solid return.
In most matches, both squads will trade neutral objectives, even the losing team will likely pick up at least one Dragon. Even with the likelihood of BLG getting Dragon Soul in game one, PSG should be able to pick up at least one to see the total Dragons taken to over five.

G2 Esports and the defending world champions T1 will have their rivalry reignited this Friday with the winner going on to face BLG or PSG. Although T1 is the favorite, G2 has always stepped up to the plate against the Eastern squads internationally and gave them a tough series. G2 in Europe has mastered the lane swap, and this is where they will likely take a map off of T1.
When the game is thrown into a chaotic state, this is when the Western teams thrive while the East is left trying to adapt. We expect this series to not be a 3-0.
Prediction: Total maps over 3.5 | x1.74 at MyStake
We have two matches scheduled on Saturday May 4th, 2024. Both in the Play-ins Lower Bracket, and both are BO3 elimination matches . All three of our analysts had identical predictions on match winners and the score. Let’s break it all down.
First up, LLA’s Estral are facing PCS powerhouse PSG Talon, in a pretty straightforward series to predict. PSG are int’l event veterans and field a stable and established roster. Estral are fairly “new” and need a ton of improvement before they can compete on the big stage. We did see Estral contest T1 closely in the early game, but still faltered mid and late game. PSG should win 2-0 even if they lose both early games. Neither of us is confident Estral can close out a game even with a gold lead.
Prediction: PSG Talon wins 2-0Â | x1.73 at MyStake.
We expect two extremely bloody games from LOUD and GAM Esports in our second match of the day. Both teams love to play bloody games, and we expect plenty of action and kills. Each of our analysts gave GAM the edge in this series as the favorites. Yet, they all agree playing on total kill score is the most lucrative option for bettors.
Prediction:Â Total Kills (Over 35.5) in both Maps 1 and 2. | x1.85 at MyStake.
